Do you charge shipping costs?
We charge 4.95 shipping costs. If you order for more than 60 euros, shipping is free.
Are your products natural?
Yes, 100% natural! Our products are packed with plant power: composed exclusively with natural and pure ingredients. Each ingredient is always clearly stated on our website and on the label.
How can I track my order?
All shipments are delivered with a Track and Trace link from PostNL. You will receive this link shortly after placing your order.
How long does a diffuser last?
All our diffusers come with a 2-year warranty. They have also been extensively tested for quality, operation, etc. The test shows that the diffusers work without problems and can last a long time with proper use and maintenance (see manual).
When can I expect my package?
Charloré ships within 2 to 3 days on average. Ordered before 12:00, shipped the same day, except for the weekend. Ordered on Saturday or Sunday, delivered on Tuesday.
Can I use your products during pregnancy, breastfeeding and with young children?
In general, it is advisable to consult your doctor before using essential oils if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or around young children.
